For products that are not custom-made to your personal specifications, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods. At Pixum, this includes all products that are not personally made for you, such as our gift box, the wooden poster rail or the clamping system.
All products that you design with your personal photos are custom-made individually for you and are legally excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2022.
Additional products that are not available separately, do not have an individual price, and are both functionally and economically linked to a personalised product, are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
In the case of digital content (e.g. e-books) that is made available immediately, the right of withdrawal expires at the start of the performance of the contract, provided that the customer has given their express consent and confirmed their knowledge that the right of withdrawal expires.
You can exercise your right of withdrawal at any time via our online withdrawal function. Upon receipt of your withdrawal, you will immediately receive an acknowledgment of receipt by email showing the date and time of receipt.

Your Pixum photo product is completely unique and is custom-made just for you. To get your product to you as quickly as possible, production begins immediately after your order is placed. Therefore, it is no longer possible to amend or cancel your photo product once the order has been submitted.
We have built a few safety nets into our ordering process so you can double-check your order multiple times before completing it:
Make sure to adjust your photo product to your liking while you are designing it. For example, if you notice when selecting photos that your photo calendar would look better in landscape format, you can change the relevant settings at any time. It might happen that your design cannot be carried over, and you may have to design the project again. However, you will receive a warning message if this is the case.
If you have already reached the shopping basket, you still have the option to return to the design stage and make changes. Check the order extra carefully here before completing it.
• In the shopping basket, you can also delete individual items, check the delivery costs, and temporarily save a product if you want to edit it again later.
In case you haven't provided the correct address: We can still change the delivery address as long as your photo products have not yet been dispatched. Cancelling your order is therefore not necessary. Contact our Pixum Customer Service by phone as quickly as possible – we'll be happy to help.
